According to Steve
Silberberg, this bag is used in the "Vomit Comet" which
trains astronauts to withstand weightlessness. Comes in an envelope with exactly the same text as the ones used
by the top brass on Air Force One.
In fact, the only difference between this bag and those used by US
presidents is the little piece of sticky tape affixing the red wire tie to
the bag.
