This bag exhorts passengers to close it either by folding (in English and French), or by rolling it (in German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese). If there were majority voting, the rollers would win.

Compared to similar Alitalia bags, the text at the bottom of this bag is printed at a slightly different distance from the broad brown stripe.

Glorious in its autumn shades, this is perhaps the oldest bag in my Alitalia stable.

An unusual alliance on the base between English and French (which exhort users to fold the bag) against the Germans, Italians, Spanish and Portuguese (which all want it rolled after use).
